Join the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department for a contractor meet and greet on Monday, July 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. at 49 South Van Ness Avenue. Learn about Rec and Park’s investment in equity and upcoming opportunities on three exciting projects going out to bid in summer 2024:

• Buchanan Street Mall Project
• The Portsmouth Square renovation project
• India Basin Shoreline Park (Phase 3 of the India Basin Waterfront Park Project)

The event will start with a brief presentation that will include an overview of current Rec and Park projects and a summary of project requirements and goals from Office of Labor Standards Enforcement (OLSE), Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD), and Contract Monitoring Division (CMD).

After this introduction, the event will become an open house for Local Business Enterprise, Minority Business Enterprise, and Women Business Enterprise contractors to connect with prime contractors, learn more about Rec and Park projects, and ask questions.
